2. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiles. Because everything we store is strictly necessary to make the app work or is set only after you ask for it, we do not show a cookie consent banner.
3. Embedded video
Relaxation and meditation sessions are played from third-party video services. When you play one, that provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy policy. We do not control this and we receive no data from it.
4. Managing it
You can clear stored data at any time in your browser settings, and turn notifications off in Me / Notifications or in your device settings. Clearing storage will sign you out but will not delete anything held in your account.
