Wellbeing apps ask you to meditate.
Habit apps ask you to tick boxes.
Neither one asks how you're really doing.

Built for real life
Five minutes a day. Repeated until it becomes who you are.
Mood tracking
One honest slide of a bar and today is captured. Over weeks, patterns surface — the days that lift you, the ones that drain you — so change is based on evidence, not guesswork.

Daily rituals & habit tracking
A short monthly check-in on your sleep, stress, energy, focus, time and connection builds a set of daily rituals chosen for where you are right now — from a growing library, not a fixed list. They're suggestions, never rules: delete what doesn't fit, add your own in a tap.

Streaks, badges & progress
Confetti on every tick, fireworks on a perfect day. Behind the celebration sits real data: completion rates, perfect-day counts and where you sit against the whole community.

Journal
Free writes, gratitude lists and evening reflections, kept in a calm archive that is genuinely pleasant to read back. Reflection is where the pattern becomes insight.
Three things went right today…
A long phone call with an old friend.
Noticing that mornings set the tone.
Exercise log & tracking
Log what you did, for how long, and how it felt — with a photo if you want one. A huge searchable activity list means walking the dog counts just as much as a gym session.

Events & challenges
Join a 30-day habit challenge, chase a step count with the community, or book onto a live event. Leaderboards keep it light, and everyone starts from wherever they are.

On your home screen in seconds
The Wellness Hub installs straight from your browser. Add it once and it opens full screen with push notifications, exactly like a downloaded app.
In Safari on iPhone or the browser menu on Android, open the share or menu icon.
Choose 'Add to Home Screen' (Android may say 'Install app') and confirm.
The JTU icon sits with your other apps. Tap it and you're straight into today.
Clear guidelines, reporting tools and an action-oriented tone in every room.
Circle posts are stripped of identity before they ever reach another member.
Crisis resources are always one tap away. The Hub supports care, it doesn't replace it.
Questions
It's a single wellbeing app that brings mood tracking, daily habit tracking, guided breathwork and meditation, journalling, an exercise log and anonymous peer support circles together in one place — rather than making you juggle five different apps.
Yes. You can create an account and use the Hub — habits, mood, journal, exercise tracking, sessions and Sharing Circles — free of charge. Live events are currently free to book too.
No. The Wellness Hub is a web app, so it opens instantly in your browser. You can add it to your phone's home screen in two taps and it then behaves exactly like an installed app, full screen and with push notifications.
Yes. Inside Sharing Circles you post under an anonymous handle. Other members never see your name or email address. Circles are moderated, guided by clear community guidelines, and crisis resources are always visible.
Missing a day is part of being human. You get one habit pause per day and two exercise rest days a week, so a busy or difficult day doesn't wipe out a streak you've worked hard for.
Your rituals are tailored to you from a short monthly check-in on your sleep, stress, energy, focus, available time and connection — chosen from a wide library, so no two lists look the same. They're recommendations only: delete anything that doesn't fit and add your own whenever you like. Each ritual has a step-by-step guide, journalling, gratitude, exercise logs and sessions tick the matching rituals automatically, ticks stay checked all day, and your completion rate is tracked daily, weekly, monthly and all time.
Your journal entries, moods and logs are yours. Circle posts are anonymised, and community statistics such as percentiles are aggregate only — no one can see another member's personal information.

Join the community tracking their mood, building daily rituals and showing up for each other — free, private and beautifully simple.
